Ray Khan
As founder and president of Healthcare Billing Solutions, Inc., Ray has over 10 years healthcare management, marketing, billing and collections experience for medical practitioners, facilities and groups throughout the Southern California area.
Ray has a Bachelors in Science (BS) in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine and graduated on the dean’s honor list. Ray entered the University of California Irvine, Merage School of Business and holds an MBA from there. He has employed many of the techniques learned from the program to organizing pharmacy billing and logistics for physicians. His primary goal has been to streamline formulary development, reimbursement research, billing and coding.
Under his direction, Ray has helped several medical groups including Hyde Park Medical, Long Beach Medical Center, Tristar Healthcare realize over 35% to 50% gain in monthly reimbursements by utilizing analytics to shorten claim submission times, make more efficient the filing of appeals on denied claims, lien scheduling and by developing more effective communication with insurance handlers and adjusters.
